You need a foundation for us to place the unit(s) on. We suggest putting it on a full concrete foundation unless you are in a flood zone.

If your lot is vacant without any utilities, you need to work with DPW to obtain building permits. We will connect you with our engineer that can provide you with the building plan, which is an additional cost.

You need to ensure that we will have enough space to deliver this unit. We suggest cutting down trees that may be blocking access to the desired location you want to place your unit. Also be aware of low-lying lines that may prevent us from delivering your unit.
